MUMBAI | Oberoi Esquire | 50 fl x 3 | U/C

Oberoi Esquire consists of three 50-floor towers that are completely residential.
This project is located in the northern Mumbai suburb of Goregaon East and is situated beside the vast lush reserved forest of Borivli National Park.
The project was launched in February 2011 as 'Oberoi Exquisite II' but got re-branded as Oberoi Esquire.

X-posting initial renders and construction photos from the Mumbai sub-forum:

same as the oberoi exquisite first triple towers i think it might fail to reach 200m and instead only be 170m-190m tall

The main problem we have in Mumbai is that most Developers don't release any height details. Some Developers don't even release renders. We SSC-I forumers have to dig out the details from various sources. Its easy to find out the number of floors (by simply counting them), thats y u see only floor counts.

yes, mostly because it is all residential towers and for residential towers floor count is the thing you announce. still i am not sure if we should have the two triplets in this subforum until we know for sure that it is over 200m, because 50 floor residential towers without any crown or spire are very likely to fail that height i am afraid.
