If I'm not wrong this one is located in or close to Danzishi area. They expect a 400m+ here in the long term.

Who are "they" and what are those expectations based on?

Normally I mean long term plans as shown in the press, or reserved plots, etc. In this case it is not 400m+ but 600m+! My bad

hard to be a landmark tower with only 200m in a city like chongqing but the design looks very good

600m for chongqing would be a dream, but i grew quite sceptical after so many troll develloppers in the past years in the city
