I was thinking that the rate of Constuction in Singapore had slowed a little over the last year or so but looking though the thread the last few days looks like it is going gangbusters again

Yes it seems that both M+S projects are progressing fast. Any idea what is the height of these buildings in metres?

After watching the fly-through video of this project, I find that it really isn't as bad as what I thought when it was first launched. I like the hues of brown and the earth tones, and I think it gives some reprieve to the glassy blues in that part of Marina Bay.

Interesting take on the Asian rice terrace inspiration, the other one being Park Royal on Pickering. I'm starting to like this project afterall.

I love this project, seems very fresh and unique. The whole City in a Garden concept is fantastic, the way it's incorporated into projects such as this. More countries should be doing this kind of stuff.

I go past this site quite a bit and wondered what the design would be. Very different from the glass and steel neighbours. Looks great!

There is going to be one fairly big green space beside it if I'm not wrong. Hope the green space will also be implemented by the time this project is ready. Keep up the momentum of developments in the area.

I would prefer the development to link to mbs so it can form a longer skyline stretch

I think one by one all the developments over there will be linked to each other by underpass.
