By the time these guys 'failed to show up to the city council meeting', their plan was already so raped as to be unrecognizable. Sure there's plenty of blame to go around here but were it not for that energy company, this proposal wouldn't even exist!

The developers came with a vision and left with a lesson in why Midland's downtown still looks like sh!t.
