Is the A1 Tower anyway related to the Q1 Tower in Australia?

The Developer said it will be very similar (D1 Dubai compared to Q1 in AUS), which means only cosmetic changes.

This is a nice one. I like the green space between the building. Isn't something being built just to the right of it right now?

I look down on thsi site and the pile are farking huge. Id say they are 1.5m diameter and from the cages they are droping into the bentonite Id say theyare are abot 45m long which means this is gonna be a big ass tower.
The new signboard clearly says G+70floor tower so that means that this may NOT be the right render at that height and with only 50F. Best guess would be this being a compitition or failed proposal for this site.
Next door where green is has started piling for a G+52floor residentail tower and next to that (extream right of sand ) is a 34F resi tower thats topped out

looking from the plot , its seems like another addition the the tallest block on the planet. How many 200m+ towers can they fit in there?

masterplan has 6 plots in this area and we know 4 so there are still 2 to come, plus all the 200,300 and 400m towers already U/C or completed

I've always been curious about the exuberant nature of Dubai, but there seems to be one thing that I still don't understand. What and who are they making these buildings for?
