hmm, dont know about this one.it reminds me of calatravas supertall proposed in nyc.
where exactly are they going to build this scraper?

if it is going to be built, most likely, it will be in Dubai marina, in the tallest block.

Looks impressive. Sounds like it could be called Norr Tower possibly.

It must be new, look at the background and you can judge. Rose rotana's almost topped out so it can only be a month or two old.

NORR is an Canadian Architectural firm and they did Emirates Towers and Al Fattan Marine Towers in Dubai. Considering that the site from where it was taken is of a graphic designing company, this should be a NORR proposal.
