The Norr proposal is just breathtaking. And i heard that there would be a third supertall in that area After the burj dubai and the burj al alam. Could this be it?

Ya. Could this be related or is it in a different location completely?

no AL Habtoor is approved (more or less) for Business Bay but it will be 500 most probably and is pyramid shaped.

this one the NORR tower is most likely a design competition for the specific DIFC plot. not sure yet.

Yup, Al Habtoor is a different tower. Here's a render showing where the various megatall proposals. Al Habtoor tower isn't fully designed yet. The renders given so far were only preliminary and apparantly the full design will be released next year. Also since hardly anything is known about it I just guessed the location, in reality it could be anywhere in business bay.
The DWTC landmark is one that'll probably be unveiled in a few weeks. I've just made a placeholder for it in this model so it doesn't represent the actual design.

I doubt all will be built though. Here's what I think the order should be for their chances of getting built:

Burj Dubai
Burj Al Alam
DWTC Landmark
Al Habtoor Tower
Recent Proposal

Look who's talking

BTW work has started on a what is called "An Iconic Developement" consisting of two 60F towers that we have no render yet. Also nearby work has started in another tower that we have no info of, that based on the neighbours must be at least 45 - 50 storeys tall.
