Great updates!

Really glad to see that they have advanced on the theme parks! It was looking like a neverending history and finally they look in the right direction!

By the way, anyone knows if they started with the "Museum of Future"?

Why thank "god"? Crude oil buys and people (slaves) build all this stuff,
nothing else...

you are wrong, it is no longer oil, nowadays it is commerce, tourism and slaves

I hope the last one in a few years, if the conomy of Pakistan, India and Bangla Desh grows, will disappear

Well actually it's still oil that nurtures Dubai, as (the black gold money machine) Abu Dhabi had to bail out Dubai, before it got into deeper financial trouble. It couldn't establish a really sustainable economical model so far. But I'm still optimistic Dubai will find its way, though many projects are way too bloated and most probably will be wastelands in the years to come, but every single one was worth the try probably.

The most important thing to sort out for Dubai might be the qualities as a major airport/logistics hub and a playground for the rich and upper middleclass, and some tourists escaping e.g. Northern winters. Much like a combination of what Atlanta and Las Vegas are for America, combined in one place for the Middle East. Might work. Though there's some tough competition.

The oil market is dying, with prices falling and alternative energy sources replacing the oil industry. Dubai can only survive in the future on tourism alone. I dont see much of a commerce industry there but there is potential for development, however tourism can be a huge industry there and has potential to be the worlds biggest.

The challenge for them right now would be how they survive with countries around them in a war zone.
