Is Tour CBX in Paris more important than the other european projects?

I was really wondering why the thread about CBX is in sticky mode in the Projects and Construction section .Is that project beter than the others over there?

^i was wondering about that too, but I guess there have been so many updates that it is the most documented tower of all UC in Europe.
But Honestly, I have no idea. Maybe someone bribed deSnor?

It'd be best to PM one of the Euroscrapers mods. We do sticky threads if they're popular and have alot of interest though. Stickying threads also prevents them from sinking to the bottom and being forgotten.
