A very classy yet simple building. There is a lot of excellent detail work with the facade that is much better appreciated in person than viewed with pictures.

Looks like a nondescript corporate block. Other than the height, there's nothing too impressive about it.
I agree wholeheartedly

it is just yet another UGLY and bulky and absolutely BOOOOORING building. The whole WORLD SQUARE block is DISGUSTING!!!!!

Why can't we get some inspiring buildings in the southern area of the CBD???

maybe buildings more like....

or maybe

http://www.sydney-australien.de/sehe...7-02-an-23.jpg

instead of such a boring and mundane building.

What would of course be more preferable is if Sydney could get some REALLY awe-inspiring building - and maybe even at least one supertall to add a large spike in the skyline.??

Now this an impressive box. Would be great if they could bring this concept to Toronto. 8/10

By itself it would be relatively unimpressive, but as part of World Square it works well. World Square completely dominates the skyline from most points in the city.

The E&Y Centre@ Latitude World Square is a great office building. Such a difference then seeing another boring box go up.It has great glass and its top is the best section. nice industrial look with large cross blade and soaring spire. what more do you want from a building as part of the 4 tower complex.
you should stop posting thoughtless replies. really is getting boring and mundane.
