It looks incredibly similar to Loncin Center.
Hope this one isn't affected by Woods Bagot's curse. I mean, for some reason, every time a supertall is designed by Woods Bagot it becomes dead (Beijing Fan Hai, Shijiazhuang Convention Tower, Hefei Bashangjie Twins, Chongqing Riverside, all by Woods Bagot, all taking forever or dead)

Nice design. Is the helipad actually functional?

There is no place in Hangzhou where buildings are that densely placed together . Even the new CBD are not designed like that, in fact the background is Hong Kong. Even the renderings are so poorly made, so it's probably not a serious proposal.

I was thinking already. I thought, hey that building looks exactly like the Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong. Also the HSBC Building.

I think this is the map location (marker not yet present) - http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/map...91232&z=17&t=k

If it's not exact then it's still the general area.

That floating helipad is very cool. But why was it moved from the tallest tower?

Is it me, or does the first picture not look like a supertall. Because I think it only looks 200m
