You just don't get it. You have absolutely no civility or respect in your assessment of other skyscrapers. The hell if the Chrysler Building is Art Deco or not. I can give two shits about this poll and what others say about these buildings.

If you're going to criticize, do so in a intelligent respectful manner.

It's one thing to agree to disagree, but it's something else to just accept guy4versa's disagreeable comments.

Petronas Twin Tower is simply the best skyskraper in the world. Awesome.

petronas is tacky and really nothing special these days. its design is already obsolete. it actually looks somewhat quaint and insignificant compared to many modern towers being built currently.

I think the Petronas Tower's top is very beautiful with the set backs and the Islamic geometric floor layout. Their height obviously adds prominence However, I don't like how the towers don't set back at the bottom. They just sprout upwards then setback more than halfway. It has this massive generic base with no outstanding architectural features. With the attention given to the geometric layout, you'd think they would put more than just some massive mall-like base.

I'm also not crazy about the cylindrical "bustle" as it's called.

To me, it takes away from the layout.

The skybridge is just some cool add on to me. Nothing special.

I feel the same way. That additional cylindrical structure completely ruins the building. Had it been the main tower alone, they would have looked decent. The skybridge also takes away from their aesthetics, it looks hideous.

In the final round I'll vote for the Woolworth building, because it's not just a skyscraper or a building, no, it's a castle in the sky.

Even though I think it's like comparing apples and oranges, here are some pretty pictures:-
