Barcelona 2012 - Architectural slideshows with music

A series of 5 slideshows from my trip to Barcelona in july 2012.

First up is part 1, with these 3 main objects:
- MACBA designed by Richard Meier.
- Roca Gallery Barcelona, designed by OAB - Carlos Ferrater
- La Segrada Familia, designed by Antonio Gaudi

Enjoy!

In Barcelona part 4 we visit Barcelona Pavillion by Mies van der Rohe, several projects along the seaside including Barcelona Fish by Frank Gehry, and finally we move into the Gothic.

Have a nice walk!

Thank you for your nice coment.

I found some of your treads from Barcelona - very nice and beautifil pictures. You are obviously a very good photograph.

I planned to return to Torre Agbar at night for some additional photograhping, and now I understand I did a big mistake by not doing so . Are those nightphotos handheld?

Interesting to notice that the bicykle was still hanging on the balcony on that blue/blue/blue residental building in the area somewhere between Torre Agbar and Forum.

I have also made a series of slidehows from Amsterdam - i mght post a tread with them later.

The final part of these Barcelona architectural walks contain these main targets:

- Biblioteca Sant Antoni / RCR Arquitectes
- Fundació Joan Miró / Josep LluÍs Sert
- Communications Tower / Santiago Calatrava
- Barcelona Pavillion / Mies van der Rohe (revisited)

I also visited the "Kafka Castle" by Rocardo Bofill, in a small town called Sitges, souht west of Barcelona. Or I should rather say the ruins of the Kafka Castle, since it has lost its original color, and have got neigbour building that interrupt its originally wonderful skyline. Very disapointing.
On some of the pictures of Kafka Castle I have manipulated the colors to be more like the orginal colors of this project.

Enjoy!
