From a technical point of view Pantheon (the Rome one, first dome ever) Hagia Sophia and Florence Duomo outreach other by far.

I found St Basil's to be hugely disappointing inside. It's pretty cramped and dark, and feels a let down after the view from the outside.

I really like the Reichstag dome - it is truly unique, there is none other like it to my knowledge.

One of the great absentees of this thread so far, the dome of the St Paul's Cathedral in London.

It's, as far as I remember, the first practical application of the "triple-dome" structure, similar to that used in the Capitol:

How about the Marmokirke (Frederiks's Church) in Copenhagen? Really cool! The whole church is basically a base for the huge dome!
