On which criterion are made the rankings?
Because technically (and for l impact has fault l Europe) the Italian Domes, in particular that of the cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore should find it higher classifications(rankings).
Unlike this quoted(esteemed), I find anything particular has that of the reichstag.
Sorry for my bad English.

The Holy Sepulchre could be mentioned:

Also St Mark's Basilica in Venice:

Also Santa Maria della Salute, also in Venice:

Also the Budapest Parliament:

Malta has some splendid domes, including the Carmelite Church in Valletta:

And Mosta

Siena Cathedral's is quite nice, in Italy:

The interiors of some of the ancient domes in Ravenna, Italy, are also beautiful, such as the Orthodox Baptistry:

Patriotism obliges me to put Wren's masterpiece, St Paul's London in the top slot, though...

EDIT:
Could also mention the Radcliffe Camera in Oxford:

And the Greenwich hoospital:

Temple of the Vedic Planeterium

This is a currently under-construction project in Mayapur, in India. Standing 113 meters, it will be the largest Hindu temple in the world upon completion. It's design also happens to feature a quite impressive dome, hence it's relevance to this thread.
