However, I think that the best makeover will be done with this building:

I'm really looking forward to hear something about renovation of this tenement in the close future. It would be the pearl of this area

What is the date for these buildings? They look like late 19th century to me.

We don't exactly know. It is decision of building's owner. I hope that as soon as possible
BTW "The Ohrenstein House" (because that's how the tenement is called) was built in 1913. So, this year the building celebrates its centenary. It'd be such a great news if the renovation started this year, 100 years after it was built

As far as I remember the renovation of this tenement house was planned for years 2013-2015.
