Mukhang malayo pa rin kintaro ang gate sa mga properties phase 1 ako at kong tingnan ko sa map malapit yata ako sa boundary ng ayala at csa at mukhang malayo pa talaga sa gate.

Hindi naman sa required, but the type of housing and the site plan will require you to at least use a vehicle. Buti sana kung socialized or economic housing lang ang colinas... hahaha Ang laki kaya ng Colinas para lakarin,,,

Di pa po kasi ako licensed architect. Kahit gawaan ko po kayo, in the future, ung maibibigay ko po sa inyo ay magiging suggestion lang sa makukuha ninyong architect. If after 2 years nyo pa po ipapatayo, baka licensed na ako noon... hehehe. Usually ang fee for architects ay 10% of Total estimated project cost. But, it often goes lower than that (5-7%). Depende sa services and scope of works.

Kung floor plan lang po, i can do it for free... PM nyo nalang po sir ang details

Yes may restriction sila kasi ang friend ko nag submit ng design nya sagad sagaran ni reject ng colinas do ko lang alam kong mga ilang % ang dapat mo patayuan sa lot mo ngayon gumawa Ulinska sya.

May balita pa na pag kumpleto na ang development, gagawin na nila itong University of San Agustin (USA)

LOL... ang tinutukoy po ni sir kintaro ay ang Squatters na tumitira within the boundary of Colinas Verdes, bakit di daw nila mapaalis...

di ko pa nakikita ung mga squatters sa loob ng colinas bounday... pero sana wala.

Product ako ng University of San Agustin in Iloilo so hopefully maging dalawa na ang university of San Agustin matanong nga ang mga pari kong gagawin na university ang sa SJDM.

madalas kasi banggitin na University of San Agustin ang itatayo...

Currently CSA ang tawag sa kanya. Pre-school, Grade school, at highschool lang ang education na ibibigay nila na nasa 1.3 billion... wala pa ang college buildings sa pero may area na sila kung saan itatayo. Pagnatapos na siguro un, doon ito tatawaging University of San Agustin...

Nice from iloilo po pala kayo... progressive na ang iloilo ngayon
