I've never heard of it, but it looks great. Especially in those surroundings!

Im impressed with the way you compose your pictures which can be blown up and be framed.
And I never had a chance/time to get to High Line but your pics are enticing I have to see it if ever I have a second chance to visit NYC.
BTW, which part of High Line did you walk on?

First time going through yet another amazing collection of yours, and I truly feel like I want to go to NYC myself, not just for the excellent skyscraper views, but also the various activities and cars that can be seen along Manhattan's busy streets. I also like the various street art that can be seen in Lower Manhattan, especially close to the High Walk, in which I can truly sense the urban life at work, and those buildings that can be viewed along the High Walk are interesting, especially the building built over the walkway. I must say, it must be a great day to walk around Manhattan when you visited, and I truly want to visit that area soon.

Superb shots, my friend!

I love these shots of beloved New York Highline is without a shadow of doubt one of the best things to walk through when you're in New York. At least I guess so by looking at these photos

BTW. What is this buliding? What's inside?

Thanks! I hadn't got time to walk the High Line during a previous visit. Now I did and I loved it. That's what I call an urban trail.

I suppose that's the ventilation building of the Holland Tunnel.

Hey Thomas, I see you're from Gdynia, check this oldie. I think those huge waterfront skyscrapers are finished now?

I need to see this place when I go to the New York City I don't know when it's gonna be but I'm sure it's only a matter of time

It's nice you still remember my city I watched this thread but back then I wasn't signed so I didn't comment anything

Of course those towers are finished. Look at this photo (not mine) or through live camera here. Of course it's not the only major change in Gdynia. There are plenty of new buildings, renewed places and other stuff But still for the tourists Gdynia is mainly known for huge Heineken Opener Festival in Babie Doly (part of northern Gdynia).

But this thread isn't about Gdynia so I don't want to spam. Anyway I forgot to tell you I'm also a photographer, an amateur one (started in 2009), so I have MASSIVE collection of pictures from Gdynia If you want I can choose maybe 30 or 50 of them and create new thread. However I'm afraid there will not be any response/feedback aside of you :-(

PS. Thanks for great New York and I want to see more!

Wow! Impressive line up on that festival. Thanks for sharing those links mate! I liked Gdynia (I love harbour cities ) and I liked northern Poland anyway. We stayed in Sopot, so that was the perfect base to explore the region. But feel free to make a new thread about Gdynia, or maybe the whole Trójmiasto. It's a fascinating and diverse region.

But as you wrote, this is about the US. So here are some more pictures!

This year's line up is not that good as those previous in my opinion, but it's only my opinion. It depends on what type of music you like

Nice to hear that you liked Gdynia. There are still very much to do but through years it's getting better and better so there is hope The newest thing which just started to be build are these For me this planned buildings are too low but I won't complain more. It's great they're doing it.

I will PM you when (and if) I do this thread. I don't have much photos from Sopot or Gdansk but Gdynia is my home city so thread will be concentrated on this city.
