Los Angeles cumulative roof height: 9,581 feet.

No need to post individual buildings. Each one has a roof and official height that coincide.

Dubai slips into 3rd place with a cumulative roof height of 62,210 feet. The building list is done by me on Page 2, just finished it up today.

Dubai in reality is closer to New York than the numbers say because the person who did New York included One World Trade Center, Four World Trade Center, and One57 as all completed but yet none of them are completed. That is at least 3,000 feet right there that could be subtracted.

I did not include Conrad Hotel nor Infinity Tower nor Marina 101 nor Al Attar Tower which are all close to finished just like those in New York.

The fact of the matter is that New York and Dubai will be neck and neck until they both eventually pass Hong Kong.

Looks like Moscow will squeak into the top 20. Dubai, Seoul, Tokyo, Panama City, and Bangkok haven't been done yet. Busan might get in there as well.

Hmm, I think you should have included those towers as well. Skyscrapers which are topped out and mostly externally completed (which is the case with the WTC) should count imo. Sometimes it just takes too damn long for a tower to be 'officially' completed.
I'd do the same with Shanghai Tower - once it tops out and cladding reaches the top, we can count it here.
