A 10? Based on what, a volcano?

Well, I'm going to say a 7, and that's being generous. I don't see how you expect us to vote with 4 pictures, especially since they aren't showing anything that associates with a skyline!

I think this city isn't meant for a skyline anyway's...It looks more historical than industrial to me...

if the point was to rate the skyline based on geography alone... I'd give it a high mark for the volcano. It does look like beautiful suroundings tho'... but since this is "SKYSCRAPER CITY", based on the buildings in those pictures.... the tallest structures are one church, a few antenae and a gas station sign.

3/10

Now that I've seen more pictures I'm even more convinced that a 3 is the correct score!

Actually its a Convience Store. Its like 7-11's major rival in Mexico. Puebla ois a beatiful city. If weren't rating based on the skyline I'd give it a 10. But its the skylin so it gets no higher than a 3.

I've been to Puebla many times, and I can tell you guys two things:

1) Puebla is a lovely city, with a great old quarter and neat modern districts.

2) Last time I checked... Puebla had NO skyline. Ok., there are some nice spots for taking pictures, and yes, Puebla does have a handful of (not so) tall buildings, but that's pretty much it: there is no skyline.
