yes, they are forming 17 now.

The south atrium will top out at 21. say by Thanksgiving.

This tower looks small in the renderings, but it's huge in person. Although Related says it's 895', the DOB lists it at 905'.

The glass looks great.

Indeed it is quite a beast! I think we just assume this tower is going to be small, because it's just dwarfed by the other towers, whereas this tower would actually dwarf most other towers itself!

and to think, if it were rising in midtown or downtown it wouldn't be visible from anywhere but street level, and it would barely peak out from the crowd when topped out.
