This building looks small in the renderings when compared to TW, but it's huge! Only in NY can a 900' tower look small!

Like it has been said before, New York is one of the few cities where a 900 Ft. Could be considered small.

The tower is at 33rd floor now and has 19 more floors to go. With an average about 1.65 floor per month, this is one of the slowest projects in NY along with 56 Leonard and WTC.

I hope people both at Silverstein and the PA read forums like this so at last, they can get educated by a skyscraper nerd about how on one of the most complex construction sites of the world they simply don't know what they're doing. I hope they learn...
