I created this thread for us to share those doors, windows and balconies that we love: D

Let's begin

PS: You can also add Cafes but only those who are facing the street

ONLY RULE: Please only share pictures with good quality + the post needs to be in the center so we can keep the thread organized

Here are the gates of the Winter Palace in St Petersburg, designed by Domenico Trezzini.

The Imperial emblems have been returned to their proper place after being removed following the revolution

Here are the gates to Tsarkoye Selo.

I hope these gates would be acceptable as 'doors? They are so beautiful.

I love this building. It is an unspecified building in St Petersburg.

Very nice door, windows and balcony - and statuary.

Wonderful.

Very nice capture of light, glass and stone. Stockholm looks very beautiful.

I spent a month in Hamburg - handsome and imposing city. I liked it very much.
