You have missed most of them. Because there are at least 200 buildings between 30 and 39 floors in Busan(and still, Emporis list is usually incomplete, you can take a look in Google Maps) . And a buidings with more 30 floors in South Korea usually higher than 100m .

IMO, Busan has approximately 300-350 buildings 100m+ completed.

Hong Kong has exactly 3112 building over 30 storeys !
For comparison NYC has 588 buildings over 100m !

I think the difference is too important between the two most vertical cities in the world !

30 floors do not mean that a building must be 100m high. Especially residential towers have lower floors than office towers.
And Hong Kong has many residential towers.

In my home town, for example, there is a 95m highrise building with 32 floors.

Another good news for Rome

UniCredit Bank Group, after Milan, is looking to the next goal: Rome. Deputy director general, Paolo Fiorentino, in a press conference held Monday, June 30 at the UniCredit Tower in Piazza Gae Aulenti in Milan, gave a preview of new plan for the italian capital city: "We have already identified an area and a project", told reporters, "which already has the structural characteristics and it is in progress."

Toronto isn't growing as fast as Shenzhen or Mumbai, but stacks up very well to most other fast growing Asian cities. Toronto looks destined to be the #2 skyline outside Asia by the decade's close.

You'd be mistaken. Sao Paulo doesn't even have a 200m building yet.

Big south American cities are typically a sea of high rises, but nothing tall.

Do you think Toronto can move ahead of Chicago that fast?

Doubt it. I used to think that way... until I took a trip to Chicago. Toronto can build a lot more but Chicago has much better style, height and balance.

Quantitatively the data suggests that parity will be reached in about 5 years. The vast majority of proposals in Toronto over the last 8 years moved to construction. Assuming a similar rate, the only category where Chicago will maintain a lead is in 300m+ buildings. Chicago will have 6 and Toronto 0. Toronto will be ahead in every other category.

In 2019-2020 it will come down to personal taste. I'd give Chicago the edge when it comes to architecture and quality, but even there the gap is diminishing. Both are getting much much better in Toronto and it's not realistic to expect the status quo to continue.
