I really quite like the building from the renders, I think it will sit nicely and have an impact on the skyline. Looking forward to watching it grow next to Strata

P.s I have this dream that all of the high rises and skyscrapers in London where build in one super cluster (there would be no argument on Europe's best skyline) but I would like this tower to have been built in CW behind Pan P.

Great to see another tower to rise near Strata, it looks quite lonely.
I like the design quite a lot btw and the view in render above looks incredible.

I do think London has the best skyline in Europe, but I'm saying there would be no argument.

I second that. I was thinking about the same. But with the construction boom that has been taking place lately and given the vast demand of residential in London which is already too spread out, I really do hope that these skyscrapers will create 3-4 megaclusters. It's a matter of time methinks

Yes Agreed.

London needs to keep its momentum of building skyscrapers - CW has two approved towers coming (The Landmark and The Pride i think?), and the City has The Scalpel (Lime Street), 100 Bishopshate, the Re-Design of the Pinnacle, AND another tower on the South Bank near the Shard - according to Irvine Stellar.

Look at how different London looked 10 years ago... imaging it in another 10. Outstanding.

London is the only European with constant momentum of skyscraper construction now.

Does anyone know how far this building is going to be from the shard? Because It would be nice if a cluster could form south of the river.

Its quite far away... next to the Strata tower in Elephant & Castle.

The Shard is closer to the Square Mile than it is to Elephant & Castle.

Outstanding design and size to be used as a personal structure which will make a lot of extra bedrooms and areas for the unstoppably increasing inhabitants of london, uk. I think individuals might just be anxious that a town of such prominence that has has been shy to develop high but still stay such a popular town within the globe has now discovered a new tool to show it's popularity.

I completely agree... London can now only really go up! Land is so expensive and let's be honest there is no room anymore. London is too cramped. It's great for us Skyscraper geeks though!

Can't see anymore apartments for sale on their website. Does it mean they are sold out? If that we're true, it would be pretty impressive for a development that's barely started construction.

Elephant & Castle is really rapidly changing. A couple of years ago no one would have paid a substantial amount of money for an apartment in that district.
