New wall color trend in reformed buildings opinion POLL

There's a trend that has been popping up in my neighborhood lately, almost every old building that gets reformed gets a color scheme like the one in the pictures. Do you guys see this type of stuff where you live? I've added a poll to see what you think about it. I've posted photos made with my phone so please excuse the crappy quality. I've posted sorta a before and after with the buildings that haven't been reformed yet, to put it in perspective. Cheers

With "stuff like this" are you just referring to bright colored buildings?

Yes I mean the combinations of strong and unusual colors like dark red and gray (like what's in the pictures) or other combinations of the sort, that's what I've seen popping all around recently.

the third building looks somehow mediterranean, and generally i didn't knew that that kind of blinds are used on higher latitudes...
