IMHO Frankfort' old town got more character and charme than Frankfurt's (am Main). That might change however once the old town project in Frankfurt is finished ...

Probably one of the smallest capitals in the world.
Amazing how it could become (and stay) the capital with the biggest city in Kentucky being almost 20x larger.

And I too have never heard of it before.

Looks charming though.

Looks like a nice and charming city! A bit ironic that Frankfort in America has less skyscrapers then Frankfurt in Europe. But it's nothing wrong with that, it's much smaller.

Strange how this thread shows only the smaller side of Frankfort. It has a lot more than is shown in this thread.
