Let's hope so buddy, so far it looks like a cheap knockoff.

But if nothing else, this continues the Lower Manhattan Renaissance, and that's good news. Any indication that Lower Manhattan is continuing to shift to a 24/7 destination, and is becoming a more desirable place to live is welcome in my book. Even if it means getting a few uninspiring buildings, like this one.

By 'make it' I mean it will be merely mediocre instead of ugly.

I usually say that i'll wait until it's finished to express my final opinion. But so far I don't see this ugly duckling become a swan. It's like the miscarriage of 4WTC. Where's all that blue from the renders? And those super kitsch water towers on the roof, really?

Not completed, but I ''m not impressed either. Wouldn't call it a monstrosity though. Just a decent building.

When I saw the renders I figured this building would just be boring and have wavy blue cladding. As it comes close to completion, however, its starting to look more and more like a turd that optimus prime shat out.

It's got party walls everywhere so basically it was designed to disappear...
