Soon there will be 5 skyscrapers of 200m+ under construction within a 200m radius of each other in Melbourne. All are now U/C or demolition.

I think London is an amazing city, but I'm not sure I like the way that skyscrapers have been incorporated into the city. I much prefer what Paris has done.

13. Instead of San Francisco, Chengdu, Shenyang, Doha, and Panama, I'd put Beijing, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Mumbai, and Istanbul. Yours is a good list though. I can see Doha or maybe even Mexico City move into the mix. It would be great to see SF there but the skylines its trying to catch are building as much or more than SF so it will likely not close the gap at all. I feel its much the same case when it comes to Miami. Who knows though.

What about Mexico City? I think it has great potential for the top 20 in 2025

Yes, I was going to write Mexico City instead of Istanbul but went with Istanbul. Mexico City is flying under people's radar but it's just a matter of time before it gets there. MC will be top 5 in NA sooner rather than later.

I'm a huge fan of the Melbourne skyline and it's great to see all the stuff happening there.

Not quite accurate, Aurora MC isn't UC or at demo yet and the render of Lighthouse is the old outdated design.

Still, its amazing how much tall development is going on in that northern cluster of the city and there's plenty of stuff in the 100-199m range proposed or UC that could also feature on that graphic.

Downtown Manhattan's boom is in full swing. In additions to the ones UC in this pic, there are several more big towers in the pipeline, including 3 WTC, the Seaport Tower, 50 West Street, 2 WTC (hopefully), etc.

Is that La Reforma down below? Things are really taking off in MC and it was long over due imo.

Some mockups of what the Sydney skyline should look like circa 2020 (not 2025).
