Long Island City - will it have the next supertall outside of Manhattan? Jersey City will likely be first, followed by Downtown Brooklyn. Maybe this proposed 915 footer could receive a bump in the near future?

It's good to see that highrise (and supertall!) construction is picking up in the boroughs. I think with more defined clusters in the boroughs, New York City is going to start picking up that Hong Kong vibe of highrises on both sides of the harbor (river in the case of New York City).

I think the tall boxes are just place makers to indicate the location and site of the upcoming towers.
