Hanoi

The capital of Vietnam has lots of potential to become one of the best skylines in the world by 2025, lots of highrises and skyscrapers are under construction and there is a wide range of supertalls proposed for Hanoi.
Btw, Hanoi already got Indochina's first supertall.

Jakarta's building are clustered and not develop by block, so those supertall buildings above supposed to be the landmark of each cluster, such as Signature Tower (the tallest building, 638m) at SCBD and Pertamina Energy Tower (2nd tallest building, 530m) at Rasuna Epicentrum
