In Germany it's the KaDeWe in Berlin. Largest department store in Continental Europe. Over 60,000 square meters. 2,000 employees. 50,000 visitors a day. It's amazing.

In Finland it must be Stockmann's flagship in Helsinki. Stockmann in central Helsinki got around 50 200m² floor space. It has been expanded countless of times after it opened in 1920.
It's no doubt the luxury department store in Finland.

In Russia it is most likely to be Ts.U.M. (The Central Universal Department Store). It has 7 floors, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, a gastronome, and a cigar room. It is located on Ulitsa Petrovka 2, and is adjacent to the Bolshoi Theatre. Nearest metro stations are Kuznetskiy Most and Okhotnyy Ryad.

Main Department Store:

I went to GUM and I thought it was a mall, not a department store.

Fortnum & Mason is arguably the most prestigious department store in the UK. Established in year 1707 it is the Royal Warrants holder for more than 150 years!

But of course now with the size of Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey Nicks and Liberty - the emporium is only known to tourists as the best place to buy expensive tea

GUM is now a mall. It was the main department store until 1992.

KaDeWe, Berlin, Germany

The Kaufhaus des Westens (English "Department Store of the West"), usually abbreviated to KaDeWe), is a department store in Berlin. With over 60,000 square metres of selling space and more than 380,000 articles available, it is the largest department store in Continental Europe. KaDeWe has eight floors, each one focussed on a different type of merchandise. It attracts 40,000 to 50,000 visitors every day.

Another one from my Milan (Italy)

Brian and Barry
Well, just 7.500 sqm on 12 floors, it was reopened this year after renovation works, and it's located exactly in Via Durini. You can reach the building by walk, a good starting point is Piazza Duomo (Cathedral), so you can visit 'the Galleria' and 'La Rinascente' before. Then you walk on a pedestrian area, Corso Vittorio Emanuele (no problem, there are shops on your sides) about 600m and finally you'll arrive in Piazza San Babila. Once there turn on your right, and the building will be in front of you. Otherwise take Metro 1 (red line) - Piazza San Babila Station.
