Yorkville could do with more office. I wouldn't mind seeing an upgrade to both the CIBC and Bay towers. That RBC podium doesn't work either.

I see. The initial release I saw looked like a press release rather than initial architectural concepts done before specifications from the developer were formalized.

You're right, bad idea. (But then again, larger office buildings in Dallas have been converted into residential use, so...)

Can 2 Bloor West retain its existing fašade or can it get a new one?
