111 Murray Street will offer it's residents concierge jet service to any global destination. It will be possible to book jets in different sizes. A smaller jet will cost 125,000$ for 25 hours.

As a young graduate designer (and the generation besides me) $125.000 would give immense playroom to develop great and possibly valuable ideas. It breaks your hart seeing people spending that amount on 25 hour of "concierge jet service"...

I think this concierge jet service thing is a pretentious misfire. Trying to out-snob the Central Park gazillionaires. Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous went off the air too soon.. Robin Leach would have hard a champagne wishes and caviar dreams orgasm of conspicuous consumption lust!

*cue "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" theme

I haven't seen this rendering before. It makes the tower look amazing.

We've seen renderings from this angle at night, and with varying touches of lighting to make it brighter. Here is a day time version. Slight tweaks from the previous.

Also the official one for KPF. The other being the one above this post, and this one:

KPF also states that this will be 244m or 800 feet.

Its a shame this design was cut from 950'. Downtown could use taller towers with nice crowns like these since the WTC towers received haircuts. Luckily, 800' is still tall on this block, and it isn't hidden behind the financial district from many angles like 50 West Street.

I'd say so.

This design has improved since the first renders came out. The renders above are amazing.

...very close from some KPF's chinese designs;i do prefer the initial one as organic designs do not fit in well with New York

Indeed, I like how it`t not perfectly round but has these two vertical slits along the length.

Construction Underway at 111 Murray in New York City

Quote:
Shoring and excavation work is well underway at the Tribeca site of Fisher Brothers and The Witkoff Group's 111 Murray Street, a new 58-storey Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates-designed residential tower set to rise 241 metres (792 feet) into the Lower Manhattan skyline. Ground was officially broken for the project earlier this year, and crews have since been working away on the early construction stages for the 157-unit skyscraper.
