This will nicely glue together the Woolworth cluster with the rest of lower Manhattan, now if we could only fill in the gap between the Beekman building and 56 Leonard. Now fill in the gap between 56 Leonard and the Trump building in Hudson Square. One may dream.

I think it is a fantastic addition to the skyline!

However, not sure if I would want to live there (just dreaming, it is not really a financial option for me at all :-) ) But when I walked around at the street level, this is just not a comforting residential neighborhood. No bars, restaurants, no shopping. Plus an 8 lane major highway. Now, if you live in one of the top units and work in the financial district, that is probably a whole different thing :-)
