Well its a little bit of an illusion. 56 Leonard is in front of the building that is actually under construction which is One Manhattan Square (227 Cherry Street).

That is the Citibank building, I thinks its just getting renovated inside and parts of the outside.

It is hard to appreciate the curve due to the scaffolding/elevator. I can't wait till that is taken down.

I love that shot and i like how LM is evolving. You can even spot One Manhattan Square from Jersey now. Lets see how 122 Thames Street will do to this skyline. Also the curved crown on this tower will be amazing upon completion.

Beautiful building, but disappointing choice of glass. This is darker than what the renders depicted. This and 56 Leonard Street could have been amazing.

There are marvelous 360° panorama view windows in every floor for the future residents in this building!!
It's slim, it's curved, it's a smooth & light reflecting glass tower. I like it.
