when i drove through this mess i have seen many of these pretty lowrise developments
there was a huge truck in front of this one, when i was there

maybe there will be small offices on the ground floor along with a small shopping boulevard like in every building in the marina

but hardly a building is called res+com though it features shops and outlets and restaurants.
perhaps there will be "real" offices...
