"Revolutionary Skyscraper Design"

An article can be found here describing the latest design of moving skyscrapers . Any opinions on this?
-Building the Empire State Building-
It is said that Raskob pulled a thick pencil out of a drawer and held it up to William Lamb and asked, "Bill, how high can you make it so that it won't fall down?"

I actually met David Fisher about this. Let's just say that if there is anyone in this world who actually thinks these are feasible, it's him. He's been pushing these towers for many years without making any progress, and I'm surprised that apparently some press still picks up on it without any critical note attached to it.
