Edinburgh is lovely, pity that I couldn't explore it as much as I wanted to when I was there in December as it was pissing rain constantly for 3 days

I really must make a determined effort to plan a trip to Edinburgh in the not too distant future - and Glasgow!

First time viewing your collection, and I am immediately drawn to both the colorful object shots (especially the Edinburgh Zoo Centennial clock) and the black and white people shots that provide not just the depth of your photography skills, but also ways you approach your subjects, which I find interesting and fascinating. The Edinburgh Fringe Festival images remind me of several cultural festivals I've went to and observed over time, and I am intrigued with the theme on the stage you went to: those ethnic Koreans who performed live with their traditional musical instruments on hand remind me of the multi-ethnic society we now live in, especially in urban areas like Edinburgh, and I must say that even though their families may live thousands of miles away, their rich and diverse heritage stays with them that people love watching them perform every time they visit the city. I understand you post little tidbits at a time, but with the limited number of photos per post, I am becoming more thrilled in viewing your photos more often, especially with your splendid image quality!

Keep up the great work!

Thanks a lot!! I enjoyed reading your comment with watching my photos. I'm usually focused on my hometown Glasgow but trying to expand my geography to other cities like Edinburgh and etc. In future, I'm planning to get more views from different countries.

BTW, my photos of Glasgow for those who'se interested.

I love it! Despite the grey weather and the brownish tints of the city, there seem to be much colour. I'm hoping for more street pictures

It's called The Edinburgh Festival Fringe (The Fringe) is the world's largest arts festival, with the 2012 event spanning 25 days totalling over 2,695 shows from 47 countries in 279 venues.

It doesn't involve always oriental performers. It's just during my visit, they had more oriental performers.

I just went up to Edinburgh a few weeks ago for the first time. It was fantastic! I need to go back as it was just for a day and there seems to be a lot to do and see. Thanks for sharing
