Phase 2 has so many interesting looking towers... it will be mostly residential, a different feel from the trumpeted first phase but looks like an enticing, interesting, vibrant neighborhood of its own.

is it me or does the west office tower in phase 2 look like a supernal and phase 2 looks amazing and will compliment phase 1

Is this render new? It appears to match the latest design iteration, with its boxy base. I had not seen those entrance wings before.

The cluster looks much better without the shotgun/corset tower.

Work on the North-West section of the platform where the tower will stand has started. Piling is progressing and concrete is being poured. You can also see two steel columns above platform level that seem to be the first structural parts of the tower.

Since 2wtc redesign this is officially the best complex going on in manhattan and probs the world every tower seems to be in harmony with one another
