It looks ridiculous on renders, but I think in real with quality cladding it could look amazing.

A boxy tower is one thing, a cilindric tower is another, but putting a cilinder on top of a box would be the biggest sin in NYC architecture history.

Its going be like that Jersey City tower with the boxes stacked. That tower is turning out significantly better in real life than the render.
