Looks great, nice color on both the stone and the glass. This will really complement 55 HY.

Also, happy to see cladding on 15 HY as well. Seems to be an interesting pattern, I hope someone has a chance to get a closeup of that.

Hopefully the choice of materials will reflect a transition to more traditional masonry based architecture for the residential component of Hudson Yards in the next phase.

I'd like to see what RAMSA can do there now, especially since they were one of the original architects in the proposal process:

I'm loving the way the vertical lines of 35 Hudson and 15 Hudson play off each other

hopefully he's still on board. The masterplan rendering looks decidedly less stern-sy.

are you sure it is the same architect on both images. There were like 4 different proposals?

the first image was an evolution of Related/Oxford's initial proposal. The plan was always to use different architects. KPF had the Masterplan, 10 and 30 (later 55 after it was acquired from Extell), Diller Scofido + Renfro had 15, SOM had 35, and now Foster has 50. Stern had 2 towers and the school in phase 2 of the masterplan. For all we know, the towers in the masterplan rendering are placeholders.
