I love it! If it gets built like that it will be my favorite UC.

I'm sorry if it is too clear and I'm still asking... when is this baby supposed to break ground?

When the Equinox and the Culture Tower are done, it's just going to make the skyline looking at that currently empty West Side come alive ... of course the two commercial towers will look awesome but these two with their playful shapes and size will definitely make an iconic impression.

Beautiful, first of its kind for Manhattan.

I look forward to the day I see it in person.

Very tall and thin. Nice transition from square to circular as well.

We already knew this, but now we can confirm that this one is a 1000 footer. Related updated the info on its website; also the office component is out, but either way, I really love that new design!
Still nothing on 30HY so the height of that one might not have changed.

They are different but the close up pic of the base is definitely street level

they're opposite sides, correct? There appears to be a multi-story structure behind the close-up, if you look on the right side. That could be the glassy box on the other side. the glass on that structure also extends beyond the roof, like on the base of 35 in the zoomed out rendering.

Unfortunately I think the other one is newer. The model had an offset base like you can see to the left in that render or to the right in the other one.

Is it common for there to be so many redesigns for HY. I feel like every page there's another redesign. These things are supposed to start construction soon! Why the random monthly last-minute changes now?

that new base ain't bad, but I really liked how that tower rose straight from the ground in the 1st design.
