It depends ofcourse on which floor you are. If you are on a lower floor than the future Forbes Media Tower your view will be blocked by it and Century Spire. And on the right side there is still the unfinished Stradford building which is more in front than Milano Residences so it als takes a lot of the view away.
This is the reason why in Century Spire the first 20 floors if I am not mistaken are for office space and only the high floors have condo units because at this stage it would be hard to sell a high-end unit without a view.
They anyway made it smart by building Gramercy, Century Mall, Knightsbridge and Milano Residences first since these are the furthest buildings from each other and Centuria which is very low. And just at the end fill the gap with Forbes Media Tower and Century Spire. I guess some people were not aware how many more buildings there will be. Specially if the units were sold abroad to OFW and foreigners who don't really know Manila because mostly they photoshop away all other buildings in the marketing materials so it looks as if the building is the only high rise in the area.

Great, thanks for your effort to capture the video.

Is Jan 2019 completion is likely? Looks like the progress is slow.

Cheers.

That won't be possible. The building has 60 floors so just to top out it will take around two more years. And the interior finish and all will take as long as the topping out construction. So I would expect 2022 to be a realistic date.

Thanks for the info, that looks more like it.

Is it normal to have such long delays for such projects? Or this is an exceptional case.

Cheers.

Most projects are delayed because there is no law protecting buyers and punishing developers if the construction is delayed. But if they finish a project early they can even damand you to pay earlier even if you have a payment plan which they signed. This can bring some investors in financial trouble.
All contracts are in favour of developers.
Another example is if the unit they deliver is bigger let's say you bought a 50sqm unit but then it turns out the unit is 55sqm they can force you to pay for the additional 5sqm. But if the unit turns out to be smaller let's say 45sqm you won't get any reimbursement. And because every developer has almost identical contracts you have no choice as an investor but to accept their terms and conditions.
