This looks like it will be between 18th & 19th, Arch & Cuthbert. Correct?

What do Philadelphians think is the chance that this gets built?

Without the spire it would look better IMO.

Fortunatly you said "IMO" becauase it would be horrible without it. It is similar to the old FT design, and that's what makes it even nicer (the old design of the FT was really good). Perfect addition to Philly's skyline and let's see what happens before we say "it's not going to happen, because that is what many people said about the comcast building, and that turned out to be one of the most beautiful skyscrapers in the world.

Fingers crossed

Good luck Philadelphia on this. I love the Comcast Center and this will be even more stunning. Your skyline is getting better and better.

I LOVE PHILLY! IT DESERVES THIS! ITS HISTORY IS TOO RICH! IT'S GENTLE SLOPE FROM DOWN IN THE BURBS UP TO THE HEIGHTS OF CENTER CITY WOULD COMPLETELY BE COMPLIMENTED BY THE ADDITION OF THIS GLORIOUS SKYSCRAPER! BUILD IT! BUILD IT!!!

It already is.

It's funny b/c One Liberty Place used to seem like such a tall building when I'd frequent Philly to see my Dad and Grandma back in the day and now it's just dwarfed by Comcast and ACC. And I agree, the spire makes it look a lot better.

Although I'm not a fan of super large spires, I think this will fit in well.

Congratulation!, but it looks almost exactly like the old design of the FT.
