And slimming up nicely. Don't think the final form will look too heavy under any perspective

This tower should be topped out any day now, if not already.

Will someone please tell the moderators that the official floor count is 60 and not 59???

I don't like the tower, and I don't like the city.

You don't like cities then. And we don't need you posting here, just a hater with no substance. Philadelphia is not only a unique, historic American city, it's an absolute bedrock America city. Everyone should be rooting for Philly's continued renaissance, and growing skyline.

This tower looked impressive on national tv last night when skyline shots were shown during the Eagles-Giants game. Go Birds!

Yeah, that was pretty cool to see the new tower on national tv last night!

You have your opinion, and I have mine.

I was neither born nor raised in Philly, but I chose to live here as an adult after college. Over the years I've seen this city transform and reinvent itself. When I host visitors from other cities and countries they express delight and amazement on Philly's uniqueness and hidden surprises.

Philadelphia is a city of charm, history, interesting architecture, world class museums (it's second only to Paris in Impressionist/Post-Impressionist/Modernist European art in the world), a world class symphony orchestra and opera company, we are surrounded by some of best public gardens in the US, great music venues, an excellent restaurant and night club scene, and so on.

The CTC is not my favorite skyscraper under construction in the US right now ... I admire the Vista in Chicago, for example. It is a fine building though, edgier that the Wilshire Grand in LA or the Salesforce in San Francisco. The architect, Lord Norman Foster, has a solid reputation for building superior skyscrapers.

I find Philadelphia lovely. Such a great looking city and all the towers look extremely beautiful, the Comcast Center being my favorite of them all, I didn't know it was designed by Robert A. M. Stern. This is the first tower designed by him, that I find absolutely fascinating.
