The Philadelphia's skyline looks very impressive and interesting. I adore the renders at night. They give us the impresion that it's Manhattan with the freedom tower.

I love this picture!

Is it just me or does this building looks a lot like the freedom tower from that view at less. Now I don't see them building this, for no other reason then I just don't see it happing. And the only problem I have with it is the floor count. This building is way to tall to not have 100 floors. But other then that it looks pretty good.

Due to the delay of the Pennsylvania Convention Center, some of the hotels in the city maybe canceled, and Mandelville Place had a hotel in it, and some of the units in the condo's were going in the 6 figure ballpark, so it's highly doubtful that this tower is going to be built and another on the cancel list, is 1919 Market next to the IBX Tower, that's been down graded to a 14 story apartments.

The Disney site was not going to be along the water front, it was over at 8th and Market, and then at the last moment Disney backed out, it was called Disney Quest, so it's been a surface parking lot at it's current time.

yea, here in chicago disney quest failed miserably and was closed like in a year after opening. I wish it was still here though, I think it could be successful if disney did enough advertising. I believe that was the problem in chicago, good luck for Philly
