I hate to be negative, but this building looks ugly to me.

If you look at all of the photos posted over the past year it is easy to see the structure looks better from some angles than others. It looks best from the west looking east.

I have mixed feelings about this building. I cannot fathom how someone can either absolutely hate it or love it.

but isn't that always the rub with art? While I find it hard to look at a Jackson Pollok painting without thinking it looks like something an elementary school kid puked up in art class I accept that someone else sees it as brilliant so much so they'll fork over two hundred million to own it...

this building will likewise have its huge fans (me included) & detractors plus a whole lotta people in between that aren't sure what to make of it which in my view makes it a smashing success.

As long as those views are about buildings and other projects, go for it. For example: this building is horrible.

Have to admit that is a bit disappointing

I see this building every day, and while it has a big impact on the skyline, I don't feel it looks very attractive. It's shape is not very proportional with the rest of the skyline except when viewed from the west, and even then, its facade is not very aesthetically pleasing to me. I much prefer the first Comcast tower. There seems to be far too much glass in the skyline now for my liking.

At least there's an observation deck!
