I love Miami's new architecture, the glass with white cladding looks great. This tower is going to be like 432 Park Ave of Miami, meaning its really going to stick out.

I don't get the people who describe this as a stunning design. It's a rectangle with a cut out. It's handsome enough and I'm always in favor of America adding another supertall but it's nowhere near stunning.

It's very contextual and blends in well with the existing area. I don't think it's stunning, but it works. One Bayfront Plaza, on the other hand, is stunning.

Hi guys, I recorded a registry while I was traveling during my last vacation in July.

I took five pictures around number 700’s area.

One Brickell City Centre Groundbreaking Estimated For Late 2017

Quote:
One Brickell City Centre could become the tallest tower in Miami, but construction likely won’t begin for at least another two years.

Developer Swire Properties is focusing on finishing up the first phase of Brickell City Centre before moving on to the next phase of the project, according to Mary Arda, a marketing director for the developer. A report last week in Miami Today that construction would begin in the first quarter of 2016 is erroneous, and the developer is targeting late 2017 to begin construction, she said.

Just the retail alone will takes years to completely fill. I suppose if the Miami office market heats up everyone's timetables will change...
