Renders look amazing. If it gets build it will look a little better than mediocre, but the height itself is definitely impressive. This will be the erection of Cairo.. nothing else is even close in terms of height.

But as most people are saying, I do doubt this will get built. How do I feel about that? Besides the height, indifferent.

Great design, and hopefully it gets built, although I would be surprised if it is at the moment. The design itself reminds me of a twisted Aqua with all of the terraces in a waving motion.

Building this would be awesome, but right now with all kinds of crap going on there. This would probably be on hold, or if they do start construction, someone is probably going to attack it.

Looks organic and cool + Hopefully this will be built, Egypt should have a 'skyscraper-rennaissance' from the days of The Pyramids .
